Josh Pomerleau has been a leader in Twin Cities real estate for the past 5 years. He currently runs a team that is in the top 2% of all Realtors® in the Twin Cities Area. He also serves on the Agent Leadership Council in his office and Region. Josh Pomerleau has represented the following company’s relocation needs; Honeywell, Cummins, General Mills, 3M, and Target. Josh has always had the mentality of “whatever it takes’” and great passion towards real estate which serves well in the growing short sale arena.
In 2009, Josh Pomerleau and Sarah Willman started The Minnesota Short Sale Group. They put the systems and tools together to handle a large volume of short sales and pride themselves in having over a 90% successful closing ratio.
They also field most of the short sale questions from the over 80 person office that they are a part of and are known as the short sale experts in the office and Twin Cities.

Sarah is a founding co-owner of The Minnesota Short Sale Group. She began working in the real estate business in 2008 while finishing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology for the University of St. Thomas. After being accepted into several law schools for real estate law, Sarah shifted to working real estate full time.
Despite being relatively new to real estate, Sarah understands the persistence and dedication it takes to be successful in business and especially in the area of loss mitigation. In her first year she helped to maintain the Josh Pomerleau Group in the top 7% of all Twin Cities Realtors.
Currently, Sarah serves as the short sale team leader.
