You gave a shout out to Provident Funding in regards to a short sale approval. Were you able to have them settle for less than agreed without recourse or was it just the standard acceptance letter? If you were able to get a full release of the debt, do you have a direct contact at Provident? Thanks for your response.

Has anyone gotten Provident to do a full release of the debt on a short sale?
I am sure it has happened, or it can happen. You may have to have the right circumstance for that to happen, ie promissory note, cash at close, etc…
