Josh Pomerleau has been a leader in Twin Cities real estate for the past 5 years. He currently runs a team that is in the top 7% of all Realtors® in the Twin Cities Area. He also serves on the Agent Leadership Council in his office and Region. Josh Pomerleau has represented the following company’s relocation needs; Honeywell, Cummins, General Mills, 3M, and Target. Josh has always had the mentality of “whatever it takes’” and great passion towards real estate which serves well in the growing short sale arena.

Sarah is a founding co-owner of The Minnesota Short Sale Group. She began working in the real estate business in 2008 while finishing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology for the University of St. Thomas. After being accepted into several law schools for real estate law, Sarah shifted to working real estate full time.
